Tanmyah project aims to address the skills gap in Jordan and the mismatch of employment in the manufacturing sector with the actual needs of the labor market, and to strengthen the professional labor market and human resource development. The project seeks behavioral training in vocational education and training for 2,000 Jordanian youth, half of whom are female. And securing 80 trained professional employment leaders who are dedicated to providing psychological support and career guidance to Jordanians, knowing that innovation and job creation enhance competitiveness, performance and productivity in the sector with the support of French experts with the aim of improving the industrial environment and raising efficiency and competitiveness.

  • Unemployed young men and women who are not in school within the age group of (18-40) years of both Jordanian and Syrian nationalities with the participation of 70% Jordanians and no less than 30% Syrian males and females, provided that they have been unemployed for a period of no less than three months There are no specific educational qualifications required to join the project. They must be residents of one of the following governorates:
