The Tariqi Project was launched in 2015 through a strategic partnership between the King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) and The King’s Trust International (KTI) to enhance the competitiveness and employability of Jordanian youth, enabling them to enter the labor market by equipping them with the life and technical skills required to succeed in diverse, high-potential sectors aligned with labor market needs. The project also provides participants with on-the-job training opportunities within host companies, allowing them to gain practical experience and strengthen their readiness for sustainable employment. The project is delivered by the Business Development Center (BDC).
