Green Job Search Club – ISSA Project

Overview

The “Job Search Clubs JSC Program” aimed to introduce the innovative methodology of Job Search Clubs to address unemployment among youth. These clubs provide intensive job search support over a two-week club.

The project engaged 2600 young job seekers, including Jordanian, Syrian refugees, and non-Jordanians, across Jordanian governorates. The project implemented 90 Job Search Clubs, with members meeting for 4 hours daily for 13 days. JSC Facilitators were trained to ensure sustainability, as a result the program qualified 15 master trainers, 80 Ministry of Youth facilitators, and 39 facilitators from several universities, enabling the methodology to be delivered and replicated through national institutions beyond the project period.
