Since its establishment, BDC has outreached more than 4,000,000 people in Jordan and the region through its various programs and initiatives.
BDC provides access to finance, business coaching, mentorship, support for women-led startups and home-based businesses, and initiatives that promote job creation, self-employment, and the growth of social enterprises.
BDC’s mission is to facilitate economic growth and overcome development challenges by promoting entrepreneurship, fostering financial linkages, creating employment opportunities, encouraging social responsibility, and enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs.
BDC empowers women through leadership training, supporting women-led businesses and startups, ensuring gender equality and equity, and protecting vulnerable Syrian women in host communities and camps.
BDC partners with a wide range of public and private sector organizations, international donors, INGOs, and UN agencies to design, manage, and implement development projects effectively.
