BDC is a Jordanian non-profit organization dedicated to fostering job creation and enterprise development in Jordan and the Arab region. Founded by H.E. Mr. Nayef Stetieh in 2004, BDC serves as a national and regional resource and has led a range of multi-million-dinar development initiatives, with consideration of the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs.
Since its establishment, BDC has provided training, learning, and mentorship services, built partnerships with the private and public sectors, and delivered technical assistance services. BDC’s programs and services are grounded in human-centered solutions, tangible impact, and sustainability.

Maharat (Skills for Employment) focuses on supporting young people’s personal development, strengthening their self-confidence, and enhancing their employability. The program helps participants build clearer career pathways by equipping them with essential personal and professional skills aligned with labor market needs.
