Learning Circles is more than an exercise – the mini workshop is structured to provide specific priority areas for improvement to students and graduates and delivered in an interactive, intensive learning session designed specifically to impact and inspire from the moment participants engage in the session. The “learning” process is cultivated when students and graduates receive a framework of well-recognized competencies to build upon, many of which are just as valuable for employability competency.  Additionally, the process is a refresher for entrepreneurs - by breaking down the term entrepreneurship into specific competencies, entrepreneurs will become more aware of the competencies that are needed as well as how to cultivate them in others.
