With regards to training and capacity building of Jordanian youth - BDC has: 
Provided 14,000 recent graduates with capacity building training through 8 centers in 5 different governorates.

Created 10,000 employment opportunities through BDC’s various initiatives and private/public partnerships

Created 250 employment opportunities for Jordanian youth through the Empretec program.
In support of Jordanian SMEs and industries – BDC has: 
Provided 435 factories and SMEs with 642 financial grants for technical assistance in the following areas: marketing, management, product development, consulting and business development.
With regards to export development – BDC has: 
Assisted 349 Jordanian factories and SMEs to export and enter US, Europe, Canada and other non-traditional markets.

Supported Jordanian SMEs and factories in reaching 106.1 USD million of exports. Local sales saw a 151% increase too.

Assisted 250 SMEs to participate in specialized international trade shows and provided them with linkages to international buyers.
With regards to entrepreneurship – BDC has: 
Provided more than 454 female and male entrepreneurs with training. Around 85 business ideas/projects were developed as a result of BDC’s many entrepreneurial targeted initiatives.

Helped 20 Jordanian women attend entrepreneurship development courses in the US.
With regards to public/private sector partnerships – BDC has: 
Provided 980 Jordanians from Aqaba’s local community with training and capacity building programs in less than a year.

Supported 212 public sector employees with capacity enhancement training.

Created a 3 credit hr Maharat course that’s delivered in 6 public universities.
With regards to the Training of Trainers program – BDC has: 
Trained and qualified 155 Jordanian trainers with innovative training skills.
